Consumer rights, bookings and refunds.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, services, programmes, events, workshops, and travel experiences, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once access has been granted, services have commenced, or bookings have been confirmed.

Ownership of products or services will only pass to you once full payment has been received.

Prices for products, services, events, travel experiences, and programmes are displayed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

Where payment by instalments has been agreed, each instalment must be paid by the specified due date.

If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to suspend or refuse access to products, services, programmes, or experiences until outstanding payments are resolved.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers
